The Conference will consist of two rounds for every category.
a) E-poster Evaluation
Participants need to submit their poster HERE by 1st November 2019. This is to provide the judges ample time to go through their posters.
b) Poster Evaluation
Participants will mount their posters on the boards on the day of the conference and present orally to the judges during the judging visits.
Upon completion of deliberation by the judges, the finalists will be announced.
All shortlisted finalists will have to present their work in the 2nd round (after lunch break). In this section, the finalists need to have their PowerPoint slides ready. Therefore, it is advisable for all participants to prepare their slides for the conference.
